Antonio Maurizi will gladly accept any merchandise purchased from the Antonio Maurizi Online Store free of charge. To receive free return shipping, you must use the prepaid Fedex return shipping label included with your order. Please note that this applies only to online orders. We do not accept changes for in-store purchases. The item(s) must be in its original, unworn and unwashed condition and returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you would like to make a return, please follow the instructions on the back of your order receipt included with your order. When returning merchandise, do not remove the original tags from the item(s) and repack the item(s) in its original packaging if possible. Make sure to include the order receipt in your returned package.
For your convenience, for free returns, please use the prepaid Fedex return shipping label included in your order and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records. Drop off your return package at either a FEDEX Drop Box, a FEDEX store, or at any other location that has regular FEDEX pick up. You may select an alternative carrier of your choice and use the return label provided on the front of your order receipt. You will be responsible for the return cost if choosing your own carrier.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise.
At this time, Antonio Maurizi does not offer exchanges for its online store. However, if you require a different size, please return your original purchase and place a new order at Antonio Maurizi Online Store. You can order new size immediately and we will refund you the purchase price of the wrong size when it comes back to us.
Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed condition within 30 days of delivery.
If you do not have your order receipt, your return will be processed for the current price of the item on the Antonio Maurizi online store and you will receive Antonio Maurizi online store credit.
We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on. Out of respect to future customers, refunds are eligible only for: Shoes free of markings on outsole and containing no creasing or other damage to upper. Bags and accessories free of markings, scratches, or damage to external or internal areas. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 15 days of posting your return shipment to us, please contact our Customer Service center, with your order number.
Cancellations and Changes
Antonio Maurizi cannot change an order once it has been submitted. If you would like to change your order, you must first cancel the order and place a new one. To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact the Antonio Maurizi customer service center immediately by emailing us through this CONTACT.
If the order has not yet been processed, a customer service representative will be able to cancel your order and refund your credit card for the full amount. If the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after receiving your package.
