We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen during transit. Risk of lost/stolen goods transfer to the recipient upon delivery of the goods from our warehouse to the carrier. Should anything happen to your package after delivery please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Returns are guaranteed on all non-sale items. Items you're returning must be sent back in the original packaging, unworn, and undamaged. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Steps for Returns:
Pack up the items you want to return in their original packaging.
Attach the provided return label to the outer carton and deliver to the return carrier.
Expect 1-3 business days after delivery for the item to be received back into our inventory, and 7-10 days for payment to be credited to your account. Items returned worn or without original packaging are subject to repackaging fee and may not be eligible for return.
